What is Legionella? Should I be concerned about it at my property? How do I limit risks from Legionella and other waterborne pathogens? This course will introduce Legionella and waterborne pathogen risk management to participants. We will present best practices in Legionella risk management with an emphasis on the most common points of risk in residential and commercial real estate. The presentation will also touch on the most recent CDC data on Legionellosis cases and discuss the implications for risk management.
