Writing a business plan is an important step before launching a property management company. There are many things to consider, such as whether there is a required format to use, how long the business plan should be, and if there should be more than one version. During this informative webinar, Tiffany Jackson, CPM will discuss which topics need to be included in the business plan and why it is so important to take time to consider each of these things during this phase. She will also discuss what happens and what to do once the business plan is finished.

After attending this webinar, attendees will be able to answer the following questions about writing a business plan:

  • Do you have to write a business plan?
  • Is there a specific format to use?
  • What topics should be covered in a Business Plan? (Psst … the answer is “everything”)
  • Once it’s finished, what do you do with it? Is it just a big paperweight?
