Every day-to-day decision a property manager makes, from vendor contracts to renewal conversations to repair timing, shows up in the owner’s returns. In this one-hour program, you’ll learn how operational choices flow through to net operating income (NOI), property value, and overall investment performance. You’ll walk away with practical ways to manage expenses, keep good tenants, and plan capital projects, plus a clearer way to talk about performance in the language owners and investors use.
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
- Explain how daily property management decisions influence net operating income (NOI), property value, and investment performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve asset performance through expense management, tenant retention, and capital planning.
- Communicate property performance and operational recommendations from an owner’s investment perspective.
