Mr. Domres is Vice President – Development, with Healthpeak Properties, Inc. In this role, Mr. Domres oversees the development of Outpatient Medical facilities. Mr. Domres was Vice President – Construction & Project Management with Physicians Realty Trust (formerly NYSE:DOC), until its merger with Healthpeak in 2024.
Mr. Domres has received several professional achievements including the Louis L. and Y. T. Lum Award and Lloyd D. Hanford Sr. Distinguished Instructor Award from the IREM Foundation, CPM of the Year from Milwaukee IREM Chapter #13, three times, and NAIOP 2013 Volunteer of the Year. He is an instructor for IREM, Marquette University, and architect of the IREM Financial Spreadsheet Tool.
