Presenter: JJ Mitchell - Assistant Property Manager
You may have more transferable skills than you realize. Property management professionals come from a wide range of backgrounds, including retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, sales, maintenance, construction, finance, and military service. This webinar will help attendees identify how their current experience aligns with property management roles and understand the pathways available to enter and grow within the profession. Participants will learn how common workplace skills translate to property management responsibilities, explore potential career paths, and gain practical advice for positioning themselves as strong candidates, even without direct property management experience.
Learning Objectives:
- Help attendees understand how the skills and experience they already have can translate into opportunities within the property management industry
- Provide practical guidance on exploring career paths, positioning their experience effectively, and taking the next steps toward a property management career
