Anshu Anshu Bera is a Senior Property Manager with The RMR Group LLC. She is currently working on a 821,000 square foot office building repositioning project which takes the building from single tenant to multi-tenant. In 2017 she made the move from California to Illinois where she was able to continue working with The RMR Group and manage the portfolio in Illinois and Wisconsin. Anshu is skilled in portfolio management, negotiating, budgeting, working with Landlords and Tenants and a strong real estate professional.  She currently serves as a board member for the IREM Foundation and assists with the IREM Foundation Scholarship and Grant Committee. Anshu holds a BA in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs from the Sacramento State University and holds her CPM accreditation with IREM. On her spare time, she likes to help coach her son’s football team and play golf.

Debbie Debbie Phillips is a real estate professional with over 30 years of experience with diverse property types. Debbie believes in the philosophy, "You can dream, build and create the most beautiful place in the world, but it takes PEOPLE to make the dream a reality." Her passion is developing top tier talent that adds value to an organization through increased employee engagement.

As an entrepreneur, Debbie has a multi-faceted career including developing world class leadership programs and talent management strategies. Debbie was named Certified Property Manager (CPM®) of the year by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) in 2015 and received the 2013 Outstanding Educator Award by the National Apartment Association’s Education Institute. Debbie was also recognized as one of the top 75 professional women changing the face of real estate in 2013 by the Institute of Real Estate Management. Most recently, Debbie received the outstanding educator award by the IREM Georgia Chapter. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Journalism, a Master’s degree in Seniors Housing from The University of Georgia and a Ph.D. in Leadership focusing on Employee Engagement from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Jared Jared M. Fink has been a noteworthy leader in the real estate management industry for over 10 years.  Driven by his passion for connecting with staff, property owners, and his community, he takes pride in providing the best property management services with a creative touch. As the Vice President of Goldfinch and a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Jared continues to utilize his dedication, experience, and compassion to guide investors into the next generation of real estate. Jared has been honored as the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) 30 Under 30 recipient for his contributions to real estate management. He currently serves as Vice Chair for IREM’s Student and Academic Outreach Advisory Board and President Elect for IREM Milwaukee Ch. 13.


Kaci Kaci Hancock currently serves not only as Operations Director for Houston’s historic Rice Village Shopping Center, but also as the 2021 President for the Houston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Her tenure in commercial real estate spans twenty-three (23) years and she is both an Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) through IREM.

Through her broad understanding of property operations, she has successfully managed diverse portfolios of commercial assets including mixed use, office, retail, industrial and office/warehouse. While working under retail visionary Ed Wulfe, she played an integral role in development and management of Uptown Houston’s BLVD Place and Stafford’s new mixed-use asset, The Grid.
Kaci’s extensive knowledge of commercial real estate operations encompasses financial reporting, vendor contract management, coordination of capital improvements and management of building staff. Her high-energy, attention to detail and passion for customer service allows fuels a strong focus on relationship building with everyone from ownership to maintenance staff.

As a member of IREM Houston, she has been recognized locally four times with the ACoM of the Year Award, CPM® Candidate of the Year Award and twice with the Mentor of the Year award. She also serves on a national level as an IREM Foundation Board Member and as Vice-Chair of IREM Diversity Board, highlighting concentration on ethnic diversity and inclusion throughout the real estate industry.
In addition to her volunteer efforts with IREM and several Houston charities, she also lends her time to mentoring those interested in pursuing a real estate management career.
