We have all experienced a car out of alignment as it pulled to one side and offered a bumpy ride. This is a great analogy in describing how we can feel when we aren’t using our strengths or being pulled into projects or conflicts that aren’t in alignment with our talents and abilities. In real estate we often help our clients determine the highest and best use of their property. How do you know if you are using your strengths to the highest and best use? This engaging webinar will offer practical recommendations for designing a professional development plan using your greatest strengths and maximizing your unique value proposition.

Learning Objectives:

  • Explore assessments that identify strengths
  • Develop a plan for upskilling to remain competitive
  • Utilize a professional development plan for charting your future
  • Techniques for enhancing your personal brand
