Brian Lozell, CPM® has been engaged in the field of property management for over 30 years with a concentration on managing condominiums, co-operatives and homeowner’s associations.

Brian obtained his CPM® designation in 2012 and has been actively involved with IREM® at the Chapter and National levels for more than 20 years. He is Past-President of the IREM® Chicago Chapter and has served on multiple committees at the Chapter Level. At the National level, Brian has served on the Student & Academic Outreach Advisory Board, the Knowledge Solutions Advisory Council, the Designations and Certifications Committee, the Legislative and Public Policy Committee and the Ethics Committee. Additionally, he is a former Chairman of the Ethics Appeal Board.
