Rob Fuller currently serves as the Senior Facilities Manager on the account of a Major Data Center Colocation Operator and is responsible for directly managing one of the client’s Global Data Centers. He supports the client in the areas of Operations & Engineering, Administration, Capital Projects, Finance, Budgeting, Maintaining Electrical & HVAC Equipment Infrastructure, Life Safety and fulfilling the Environmental Requirements in the Data Center Environment.

He received a B.S. in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Rutherford, New Jersey. Rob is a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management, a Certified Data Center Management Professional with CNet, and a Certified Commercial Investment Member with the CCIM Institute. And he is currently pursuing the Certified Facility Management designation with the International Facility Management Association. He has previously presented IREM webinars titled “Comprehensive Facilities Management of Data Centers,” and “Managing Pharmaceutical Facilities”, contributed to an IREM Podcast speaking on “Data Centers”, and has written an article on “Managing the Data Center” that appeared in an issue of the IREM Journal of Property Management. In the past he as served as Chair on the IREM Educational & Knowledge Committee and as President, President-Elect, and Treasurer of his local IREM Chapter. Currently, he serves as a member on the IREM Knowledge Solutions Advisory Council.
