Joe Greenblatt Joe Greenblatt, CPM, began his real estate career in 1984, searching out, evaluating and negotiating to buy multifamily acquisitions for the Robert A. McNeil Company. Subsequently he managed multifamily historic rehab and renovation projects for Execo, Inc. out of St. Louis and joined San Diego-based Sunrise Management in 1989. He has served in an executive role there since 1999 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and growth of the company. Sunrise manages over 15,000 units in California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington with nearly 450 team members.

Greenblatt is a past president of the Institute of Real Estate Management, is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, founding trustee, on behalf of IREM, of the International Ethics Standards Coalition and serves on committees for IREM and the National Association of Realtors. He is a licensed real estate broker in California and Nevada.
