Join Todd Feist, IREM’s Director, Sustainability Programs, as he introduces the CSP AP credential - earned by completing the course and passing the exam - to validate proficiency with IREM Certified Sustainable Property (CSP) criteria.
We’ll review how the CSP evaluates operations across energy, water, health, recycling, and procurement as well as documentation requirements for CSP applications. You’ll learn where to find official CSP requirements and practical tips to prepare documentation and stakeholder engagement.
Attendees will leave with a readiness plan to enroll and pass the CSP-AP program and support properties through streamlined, repeatable CSP certifications.

- Explain the CSP program’s scope, eligible property types, and how CSP AP supports certification efforts
- Discuss CSP-AP requirements and how to enroll in the course and exam
- Identify the benefits of the CSP-AP credential
Todd Feist is IREM’s Director, Sustainability Programs. In this role, he leads the IREM CSP program with guidance from IREM’s Sustainability Advisory Council. He also works with IREM members and other experts to develop resources that help owners and property managers reach the sustainability goals for their assets.
