Stephen Todd Stephen Todd is an Energy Cost Reduction Guide and the founder of  His consultancy works with commercial asset and property managers who are interested in reducing utility costs without additional capital investment. Over the last decade, he has saved clients over $15 million in reduced utility cost and avoided capital projects.

Stephen received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin in his hometown of Madison, an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas, recognition as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) from the Association of Energy Engineers. He is also a USGBC accredited LEED AP and spent four years on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Chapter of the US Green Building Council.
