Shaina Li is the Head of Growth at Mesa. Her past work spans real estate private equity (Colony Capital); investment, asset and project management (Hines) and partnerships for a property management co-living startup (Common). She most recently led business development and operations at a modular construction startup (Social Construct). At Hines, she acquired and managed commercial buildings, making a business plan for each building and then executed on the plan including the upgrades. Shaina graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Princeton University.

Rob Beringhaus is Manager of Sales & Partnerships at Mesa with over twelve years of experience in real estate across the east coast. This work has ranged from managing both large and small projects, building and leading sales teams and bringing products to market at TK Elevator. He has a deep passion for leveraging technology to improve life in cities, buildings and communities.
