Activities

Complete your ACoM application

Download and complete the official ACoM application. Be sure to include your non-refundable application fee.*

Qualifying experience

The ACoM application includes documentation to prove that you have at least 12 months of qualifying experience managing a commercial or mixed-use portfolio of a minimum size.

Ethics

In your ACoM application, you’ll pledge to uphold the IREM Code of Professional Ethics. The Code helps ensure integrity and professionalism in real estate management.

Pay a one-time, non-refundable application fee*

Building towards the required experience for the ARM^® or ACoM? Check out our job board to find an opportunity to help you get to that next level.

*Apply between Jan. 1 - Oct. 31, 2026 and enjoy membership through December 31, 2026 for a non-refundable fee of $160, $80 for current members.
*Apply between Nov. 1 - Dec. 31, 2026 and enjoy membership through Dec. 31, 2027 for a non-refundable fee of $340, $170 for current members.
