Display your certification
To market your achievement, IREM will send you a complimentary 10”x10” IREM Certified Sustainable Property plaque for display in the foyer, lobby, leasing office, or other prominent area of your property. You’ll also receive window stickers with the IREM Certified Sustainable Property logo.
You can market your IREM Certified Sustainable Property by:
- Displaying a complimentary award plaque
- Placing the certification logo on the property website, letterhead, and other materials
- Coordinating on a press release with IREM
- Participating in case studies, webinars, JPM® articles, and other knowledge sharing activities
