IREM^® group rate: $265 single/double occupancy (includes $25 resort fee)*

Located approximately 30 minutes from the Strip, Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa is a luxurious oasis with everything you need to stay and play right on site! From the beautiful pool complex to the casino and even bowling lanes and a movie theater, adventure awaits without ever leaving the Resort.

The IREM group rate is $265 single/double occupancy (includes $25 resort fee). Reservations can be made online or by calling (866)-767-7773.

We recommend that you make your guest room reservations early and no later than September 1, 2021. Space is limited and reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. IREM does not guarantee guest room availability.

*The $25 discounted resort fee per room/per night includes guest room Wi-Fi, use of in-room PressReader (digital newspapers and magazines), unlimited local and toll-free calls, access to Spa Fitness Center, complimentary shuttle to/from McCarran International Airport (LAS), complimentary self and valet parking, and Concierge Services. Inclusions are subject to change.

Alternate accommodations

Availability at the Red Rock Casino & Resort has become very limited and sleeping rooms are sold out at the IREM discounted group rate. However, IREM has secured alternate accommodations. J.W. Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa has a limited number of sleeping rooms at a nightly rate of $228.99 (includes resort fee). This location is 4 miles from the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa. Guests are responsible for their transportation to and from the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa.

Ground transportation

Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa is located 18 miles (about a 30-minute drive) from McCarran International Airport.

Airport shuttle: A shuttle will be provided by the hotel for Summit attendees from October 10-15. The cost is covered by the resort fee included in the price of your room. The shuttle accommodates up to 28 guests on a first come, first served basis. Click here for more airport shuttle information.

Taxi: Airport to Red Rock is approximately $70-$80. Red Rock to the Strip is also approximately $70-$80.

Uber: Airport to Red Rock is approximately $30-$40. Red Rock to the Strip is also approximately $30-$40.

Hotel parking: Parking lots, garages, and valet are all complimentary.

Rental car: Rental cars are available through Enterprise and can be rented directly from the hotel. Cars will be delivered for pick-up from the Red Rock valet and can be returned to the valet when you’re done. Summit attire

Business casual attire is appropriate for most Summit activities and events, with these exceptions:

Tuesday – casual/resort wear for the Premier Party.

Thursday - black tie optional for The Gala in the evening.

During the month of October in Las Vegas, the outdoor temperature averages a low of 46^o F and a high of 83^o F. Please be aware that meeting rooms are often chilly so you may want to dress in layers.

Masks or face shields may be required, so don’t forget to bring your own. Please find up-to-date information on our COVID-19 page.
