Ground transportation

Hilton Anatole Hotel is located 4.5 miles (about an 11-minute drive) from Dallas Love Field Airport and 16.4 miles (about a 25-minute drive) from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

Taxi: From Dallas Love Field Airport – approximately $22. From Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport is approximately $48.

Uber/Lyft: From Dallas Love Field Airport – approximately $13-$18. From Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport – approximately $35-$47.

Summit attire

Business casual attire is appropriate for most Summit activities and events, with these exceptions:

  • Tuesday: Casual for the Premier Party (jeans, shorts, etc.)
  • Wednesday: Texas casual – denim and boots all day long!
  • Thursday: Black tie optional for The Gala in the evening

During the month of October in Dallas, the outdoor temperature averages a low of 58o F and a high of 79o F. Please be aware that meeting rooms are often chilly, so you may want to dress in layers.

Activities

The Greater Dallas area offers a wide variety of options for indoor and outdoor activities for an exciting and diverse visit. Check out some of the many things to see and do! While you’re in town, be sure to check out some of the amazing attractions the city has to offer, such as the Bishop Arts District, home to over 60 independent boutiques, restaurants, bars, theaters, and art galleries.

If you’re looking to shop, Dallas offers a variety of shopping options, including Galleria Dallas, NorthPark Center, and Highland Park Village.

We can’t leave out our sports fans! The American Airlines Center is the Dallas area’s Premier Sports and Entertainment arena, and home to the NHL’s Dallas Stars, Dallas Cowboys and the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks. Grab some colleagues and catch a game while you’re visiting.

Where do the locals hang? You can see and do it all in Dallas’ many diverse neighborhoods. From a night out with live music, cool bars, and casual eateries, head over to Deep Ellum. For hand painted chocolate, Tex-Mex, BBQ, shopping, or to have a family picnic, head over to Trinity Groves.
