Yvonne owns Westcliff Properties and serves as a property manager overseeing 44 properties and is also an Advisor|Property Manager at SVN|Vanguard, a commercial real estate company. She and her businesses are certified as a Women/Minority Business Enterprise (WMBE) through the California Public Utilities Commission. She also owns and operates Virtual Tours & Floor Plans, as well as Mobile Notary Public, two successful micro-businesses. In April 2020, Hispanic Lifestyle, honored her as a Latina of Influence. Yvonne serves her community and currently holds a position as a Board Member for Community Engagement, Downtown Inc, and the Santa Ana Lofts.
