2020 ARM^® of the Year Winner

Brody R. Sheets, ARM^®

Brody R. Sheets, ARM^®, HCCP^® currently serves as Management Systems Specialist for Pedcor Management Corporation in Carmel, IN. He has worked at numerous communities for Pedcor, including as Property Manager for multiple LIHTC communities. In 2017 he accepted his current position at the Pedcor corporate offices with a focus on software development and team member training.

Brody is actively involved with the IREM^® Indianapolis Chapter as an Executive Committee member, Co-Chair of Social Media and a member of the IREM Indy Heroes for the House Committee. Brody was named the IREM Indy ARM of the Year in 2018 and 2019.
