Tracy Mitchell, CPM®, is the incoming IREM chapter President for Western PA and has been a proud IREM member since 2008. As the Director of Multifamily Operations at Sampson Morris Group, a Pittsburgh Real Estate organization specializing in Commercial & Residential Development & Property Management, Tracy oversees a large team of 47 multifamily professionals and 1,579 apartment homes.
Tracy's career in property management began in 1999 at Soffer Organization as a leasing professional and then was promoted to management in 2004. In 2005, Tracy joined the property management team at Rimco Properties as a Multi-Site Property Manager. Rimco Properties merged with Sampson Morris Group in 2012. Tracy was an integral part of the leasing initiative to consolidate several properties and became the first Property Manager for the newly formed Monroeville Apartments in 2014. Continuing her career with Sampson Morris Group as Associate Broker, Tracy was promoted to Director of Multifamily Operations in 2017.
Inspired to continue growing, learning and leading, Tracy focuses on mentoring employees and industry colleagues, and adding value to the residential experience for owners and residents alike.
