Ben began his career in 2014 as a Research Associate with the Costar Group in downtown Washington, DC. After two years of research and commercial office leasing, Ben moved into Northern Virginia property management in 2016. Currently Ben manages a one million square foot Class A office portfolio in Rosslyn, VA. With a degree in Business and Enterprise Management from Wake Forest University, Ben leans on his past experiences to address each unique problem that comes with managing commercial real estate operations. Ben strives to enhance the financial performance and operating efficiency of managed assets by leveraging all aspects of the property management and engineering team. Currently an IREM Certified Property Manager candidate, Ben also achieved his RPA in 2019 and is an active member of AOBA Emerging Leaders Council.
