Brooke joined CBRE in 2018 as an Associate Real Estate Manager in San Antonio, bringing an abundance of dynamics, resourcefulness, and customer-centric professionalism with an astute knowledge of property management strategies and best practices. Brooke works in close collaboration with senior real estate managers and associate director on 900,000 square feet of industrial assets. Her primary responsibilities include strategic planning and implementation, investor and tenant relationship building, cost reduction, accounts payable, customer service management, and budget administration and forecasting. Before joining CBRE, Brooke worked as an Assistant Property Manager of St. Paul Square, a National Register Historic District in downtown San Antonio for Reata Real Estate where she worked in close collaboration with senior property manager managing day to day operations, accounting, and lease administration. Brooke also demonstrated proficiency in social media targeting and engaging prospects on social platforms while leveraging influencers. She held an Assistant Manager and Leasing Manager position at Peak Campus and a Guest Service Supervisor position at Drury Hotels.
