Cally Schmal - 2020-2021 Next-Gen CPM Leader

Cally Schmal holds over 8 years of residential property management experience. Cally is the Director of Property Management for Commonwealth Management Corporation, who provide multifamily residential and commercial real estate owners and investors with a broad scope of realty services, including rehabilitation, property management and re-positioning of real estate assets.

In her current role, Cally is responsible for the overall support and supervision of Regional and Area Managers for a portfolio consisting of 35 residential sites. Cally provides direction and training to ensure monthly occupancy and delinquency goals are met, prepares operating budgets, and maximizes revenue while monitoring and controlling expenses for the portfolio. She is versed in the Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit program and holds a HCCP and SCS designation.

Outside of work, Cally enjoys boating, spending time with her husband, Matt, stepchildren, and her rottweiler, Axl.
