Chris Lopez Jr., CPM® is a seasoned Certified Property Manager experienced in overseeing multifamily, student housing, and mixed-use apartment portfolios. Prior to his role as a Regional Manager, he has over a decade of operational leadership experience where he created successful partnerships with investment groups, entrusted to execute on business plans and increase profits for various business entities.
His core strengths in operations management, leadership and people development, enable him to see beyond underperforming employees weaknesses and uncover their individual talents and untapped abilities. This capability of empathy, along with automating systems and processes, empower him to add value to both underperforming employees and provide a strategic approach to an asset turnaround.
He receives his greatest recognition through the people he leads and serves. His management teams and region have earned top awards such as “Manager of the Year” and “Best-Performing Properties” for occupancy stabilization, drastically reducing delinquency, and consistent YoY NOI growth.
