Nick joined Chartwell Management, LLC in 2019 as a Regional Property Manager. He has over 9 years of property management experience in both residential and hospitality real estate. Nick currently oversees a multifamily portfolio that consists of 1,476 residential units in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
Prior to joining Chartwell Management, LLC, Nick served as a Regional Property Manager for Inland Residential Real Estate Services, LLC. During his tenure there, he oversaw a multifamily portfolio that consisted of 1,496 units in North Carolina, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Maryland.
Nick holds a North Carolina Real Estate Brokers License. He also has two industry designations through the National Apartment Association; Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM).
Nick currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife Emily and two children, Ryan and Logan. During his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
