Ally McRae is a Property Manager at DART in the Cayman Islands. As a leader for real estate development in the Caribbean, DART’s projects center on community, define destinations and drive sustainable growth. At DART, Ally is responsible for a growing portfolio of residential properties, including full-service rental management of over 150 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedrooms; strata management across three stratas at a mixed-density community of 124 units; and oversight of a portfolio of luxury beachfront condominiums.
After completing a summer internship with the commercial leasing team at DART, Ally went on to complete her Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Real Estate at the University of Guelph in Canada. Following graduation, Ally returned home to Grand Cayman and began her property management career as an Assistant Property Manager, overseeing a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Ally joined DART full-time in 2020 and after achieving her ARM® designation was promoted to Property Manager in early 2022.
Over the course of her lifetime, Ally has witnessed massive amounts of development in Grand Cayman which has given her a unique insight to Cayman’s real estate market. As a proud Caymanian, Ally enjoys giving back to her community through her involvement with the National Trust with a special interest in preserving Cayman’s built heritage.
