After brief stints in sales and the legal field, Ashley Osterhues fell into property management and never looked back. Now with over 11 years of experience in Class A commercial office, Ashley has managed a variety of projects in San Diego including an acquisition property undergoing extensive reinvestment. She currently oversees the day-to-day management and operations of a 17-acre office park. Ashley has served on Irvine Company’s Elevator, Waste/Recycling, Records Retention, Onboarding, and Mobility Committees over the years; enforcing contracts, implementing new measures and helping ensure compliance with California codes.
A licensed real estate agent, Ashley has also been an active member of IREM San Diego for the past seven years. She currently serves as the chapter’s Communications chair.
