Ben began his property management career in 2016 as an intern with Kettler in Arlington, Virginia. In 2018, Ben graduated from Virginia Tech with a double major in Property Management and Real Estate. After graduation, Ben started his full-time position with Kettler as an Assistant Property Manager in Washington, D.C. He earned his ARM designation through IREM and was awarded the 2019 Assistant Property Manager of the Year for Kettler. After two and a half years, Ben was promoted to Property Manager. He has most recently received Kettler’s 2022 Community Manager of the Year award. Ben has now been promoted to General Manager over two communities, totaling 569 apartment units and six retail units. All while working full-time, Ben has continued his education and earned his MBA in 2023 from Purdue University. Ben enjoys learning each day and is looking to pursue his CPM designation next. In his free time, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, watching Virginia Tech sports and playing golf.
