Brianna McHenry has been with RiverRock Real Estate Group, a West Coast-based commercial real estate management and leasing firm headquartered in Newport Beach, California since 2007. As a Portfolio Manager she has overseen the management of over 3.3 million square foot of office, retail and industrial properties located in Southern California.
In 2008 Brianna received The Office Building of the Year Award (TOBY) from BOMA Orange County in the under 100,000 sf category. The TOBY award is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind, recognizing quality in office buildings and awarding excellence in office building management.
Brianna is an alumni of the NAIOP Young Professionals Group class of 2008/2009, which is a networking and leadership program for young real estate professionals. She also received the Office Real Estate Professional of the Year Award from IREM OC in 2014. Brianna has volunteered as a Big Sister with Big Brothers & Sister’s of America since 2010.
Brianna received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications from Chapman University and has a valid California Real Estate Salesperson License.
