2019 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Brittney was raised in Texas and has had to overcome many obstacles since she was born legally blind. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors in Agricultural Science in 2012 and went on to graduate from Sam Houston State University with a Masters in Higher Education Administration in 2016 while working full time. Even though Brittney’s career started as a high school agriculture teacher, in 2014 it transitioned to property management. Currently, Brittney is a General Manager for BIG Shopping Centers USA, managing a 219,000 SF retail center. Before that, she worked for Woodcrest Capital as a Property Manager and Holt Lunsford Commercial as a Property Management Assistant. She has also earned her Accredited Commercial Managers certification and is a CPM candidate. Brittney is married and has a two-year-old son. In her free time, she is a trick rider and raises bucking bulls for rodeos.
