Colby Banner graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University with a Bachelor of Accounting. Before Utah State University, he studied marketing at Snow College near his hometown, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Associate’s Degree of Arts.
Colby worked in public accounting but was drawn to real estate for many reasons. His background in accounting provides insight to Asset Management clientele.
Colby grew up in Loa, a rural town in Utah, where he enjoyed hunting, fishing, four wheeling, camping and the outdoors. In high school, he loved politics, speech and debate, and won the Social Science Sterling Scholar award for the central region of Utah. He loves to interview and has competed at the college level where he won at the state level.
Since moving from Wayne County, Utah, Colby has learned Spanish, traveled much of American and a few various countries. He has developed a passion for playing and watching basketball and is an avid Utah Jazz fan, along with playing Pickle ball with his wife, Ashley. Colby has relocated to St. George to be closer to family and to pursue his real estate aspirations of providing excellent investment advice.
