2020 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

David is a highly motivated and passionate property manager. David has been working at Sunrise Management and Consulting for four years. He has experience with multifamily, single-family, and commercial property management. David takes great pride in his work and consistently seeks to increase property revenue, improve operations efficiency, and grow the business and portfolio into the future. David is dedicated to lifelong learning. He became an Accredited Residential Manager in 2017 and a Certified Property Manager in 2019. Additionally, he will enroll in the University at Albany’s Executive MBA program beginning in Fall 2020. When he is not working, David enjoys giving back to the community and having adventures with his wife.
