Evan Pimentel started his career in property management in 2014 as an intern, shortly after graduating with a Bachelor’s in Science from Rutgers’s University – New Brunswick. Since then he has excelled in the industry and is currently a Property Manager for Ironstate Development based out of Hoboken, New Jersey. Evan manages 5 residential and commercial mixed-use buildings, consisting of 1310 residential units. The buildings are spread out between the New York and New Jersey metro area. He has well-rounded experience in property budgeting, tenant relations and capital expenditure projects. While working towards his CPM designation, Evan is also completing a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at St. Peter’s University in Jersey City, New Jersey. He is extremely passionate about the industry and encourages young professionals in the industry to join IREM.
