Hyatt Holbrook joined Blue Ridge Realty, Inc., part-time in November of 2019 while completing her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She brought with her professional experience in real estate marketing and multifamily leasing. Upon graduating from UT as a Top Collegiate Scholar in May of 2020 with a degree in Finance, she joined Blue Ridge full-time as the Assistant Property Manager. In her current role as Director of Property Management, she oversees the daily operation of over 600,000 square feet of commercial office space and prepares monthly investor reports, as well as annual budgets and CAM reconciliations. Last year, she obtained her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation. Part of her day consists of leasing office space and working with buyers on land transactions, and she recently obtained her Broker’s license after holding an Affiliate Broker’s license for three years. In her free time, she is a member of the East TN CCIM chapter and is pursuing her designation. She serves on the Board of the nonprofit Girl Talk, Inc., as the 30-under-30 Committee Chair for her IREM East Tennessee Chapter, and she and her husband foster for a local Golden Retriever rescue.
