Overview
Through the IREM Student Leaders program, students who are interested in launching a career in the real estate management industry will have the opportunity to embark on a holistic development journey. The Student Leaders program will include workshops and panels in key areas such as networking, transitioning from student leaders to industry leaders, and communication skill development. It also includes the ETH800 course and a 2026 PropertyCon experience (travel, lodging, and food stipend included). With the combination of building community with current IREM members and fellow IREM student members, the connectivity will be the foundation of the pathway to an IREM certification and lifelong membership.

- Are current Junior, Senior, Graduate IREM Student members enrolled in college or university
- Plan to pursue a career in real estate management
- Exhibit academic excellence and a drive to lead

Previous recipients of the IREM Student Leaders program are not eligible to apply. Previous applicants are encouraged to reapply.
What you need to apply:
- A current transcript (official or unofficial)
- Letter of recommendation from academic professor or IREM member
- Response to the following in less than 250 words:
- Describe how your school, community, or any industry-related experience shaped your interest in real estate management.
- How do you see the IREM Student Leaders program helping you achieve your career goals?

- 2026 PropertyCon: April 2026
