John McTighe is the Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting for Cagan Management Group Inc. He brings over 10 years of experience in Accounting in the Real Estate field. In his role at Cagan, John is leading a team of 20 staff accountants, who are responsible for all financial reporting, analysis and budgeting for over 12,000 units managed by the firm nationally. As a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker and CMCA, John also manages a portfolio of buildings throughout the Chicagoland area. A key piece to his success and growth within the company, is his proficiency and knowledge of the Yardi Systems software which allows his team to maximize performance and stay on top of the ever changing technology and customer service trends.
John graduated from Quincy University where he earned his Bachelor’s in Accounting. Away from his day-to-day at work, John is an avid Chicago sports fan and spends his time with his wife and 2 young children.
