As an established Multifamily leader with nine years of industry experience, Katie Jo oversees sophisticated assets within the Greater Los Angeles market encompassing lease-ups, stabilized and renovation product in a 3rd party management capacity for institutional clients. Katie Jo's Greystar portfolio includes +/-35,000sf of retail, +/-2,000 residential units. She is energetic, passionate and a strategic operator who has mentored numerous Regional Manager's within her tenure and continues to serve in a leadership capacity as a Co-Chair of the Southern California Greystar Employee Engagement Committee in addition to her role on the Greystar T.O.P. committee which is a national leadership taskforce focused on evaluating and optimizing operating platforms. She earned her CPM designation in 2019 and is working toward obtaining her MBA. As a dynamic leader, she possesses a strategic business mindset which is highly valued by her client base and reflects in the success of the assets she oversees within her portfolio.
