Lizzethe Pedregon, CPM Candidate Executive Director ParaWest Management Houston, TX
Liz Pedregon joined Parawest Management in 2003 and brings 20 years of professional multi-family housing experience to the Texas, Oklahoma and Tennessee regions where she currently serves as Executive Director. She has experience in the Arizona and California markets and is a key figure in developing and growing the portfolio with Parawest Management. Liz has extensive experience in class A,B,C, Conventional and Senior Living communities. She oversees the training and application support as well as the organizations key operating functions such as policy and procedure development, contract evaluation and ancillary income opportunities and more. Liz also supports critical business strategies throughout the organization by directing and implementing corporate and on-site processes. Liz helped to pilot our corporate volunteer and community outreach program “Parawest Pays it Forward”. She is an active member of the Houston Apartment Association, Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and Tarrant County as well as the Tulsa Apartment Association to ensure regional compliance in all areas of multi-family housing and promote education within the portfolio. Her communities have been finalist in the annual Houston Apartment Association Honors Awards for property of the year a dozen times and captured the award four times in the last ten years.
