Nicholas began his career in real estate, during his college years, sweeping floors and maintaining the grounds of a 26 acre facility for a national real estate company. Since that time, Nicholas has been involved in over 50 assignments with a total value of approximately $750M and worked on every facet of property ownership, including maintenance and daily operations, budgeting and financial analysis, leasing and tenant relations, acquisitions, capital market financing and sales. He currently oversees a portfolio of approximately $500M of commercial and industrial real estate across the country. Nicholas has a degree in Economics from the University of New Hampshire, is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida, an RPA designated BOMA member, is a CPM candidate with IREM, a member of NAIOP, the Director of the MacArthur POA in Palm Beach Gardens and the Treasurer of Truth Point Church.
