Tanner Curtis is Chief of Staff and a Property Manager at Forza Commercial in Salt Lake City, Utah. He assists the CEO on all day-to-day activities for Forza Commercial and manages 27+ properties and over 500,000 SqFt of retail and flex / industrial space. When he started at Forza in 2019, the company managed 50 properties and had 5 employees. In his tenure, Forza has more than doubled its portfolio and staff during that time, now managing over 100 commercial properties. He is instrumental in onboarding and training new staff members, having been responsible to onboard 3 new assistant PMs.
Tanner is currently an IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate and expected to finish in 2023. He holds an active Utah real estate license. He received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from UVU and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Utah.
