Tyler Colbert - 2021-2022 Next-Gen CPM Leader

Tyler Colbert joined Dodson Commercial as Property Manager in 2019. In his current role, Tyler is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of a commercial portfolio consisting of office, medical, retail, and industrial properties. Prior to joining Dodson Commercial, Tyler served as a Property Manager for Harrison & Bates Incorporated for 6 years. With more than 9 years of property management experience, Tyler has gained a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of commercial management. His strengths include budgeting, financial reporting, tenant retention, and maintenance.

Tyler received his degree in Accounting from Radford University and has lived in the Richmond, Virginia area his entire life. He enjoys playing golf, spending time with his wife Ashley and two children, Kierstyn and Brooks.
