2019 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Ula Jun is a 25-year-old Property Manager with Blanton Turner, based out of Seattle, WA. She fell into property management part-time while studying for a B.A. in Political Science and Minor in Dance Studies at the University of Washington. She graduated 2 quarters early in December 2015 to pursue her career in real estate management. She currently manages a mixed-use 41-story asset in lease-up – 344 units, including a luxury boutique hotel on the first 10 floors. In her spare time, Ula is a freelance dance instructor, choreographer, and dancer in contemporary/modern styles and a loving dog mom to her Shiba Inu puppy Hiro. Ula will soon be seeking to attain her M.B.A. to draw closer to her aspirations to one day become a real estate management firm principal or director of real estate.
