• Has a real estate or property management degree, major, minor, or concentration that fulfills many of the CPM education requirements
• Has a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with IREM that recognizes both organizations’ interest in advancing the profession of real estate management
• Gives IREM a seat on the advisory board for its real estate/property management program
