2020 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Ursula Gerson is a Community Manager with Gables Residential in downtown Washington DC. Unlike the vast majority of property managers who fell into the industry, Ursula graduated from Virginia Tech with dual minors in Real Estate and Property Management. Ursula holds her Accredited Residential Manager accreditation and is active in her local IREM chapter. Ursula has distinguished herself through her ambition to lead the next generation of property managers. Her eagerness to learn, ability to develop strong relationships with residents and vendors, attention to detail, and perseverance have driven her success early in her career. Ursula is passionate about the real estate industry and always looks for ways to get more involved and propel her career forward.
