Maria Pietroforte, CPM®, is a multifamily housing leader with more than 30 years of experience across conventional, affordable, military, senior, and student housing sectors. Throughout her career, she has held executive leadership positions, including President of Tribute Properties, Move.com, Kettler, and E&S Ring, helping guide organizations to achieve growth and operational excellence.
Known for her positive energy and people-first leadership philosophy, Maria is passionate about continuous learning and professional development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arizona State University and maintains several industry credentials, including Certified Property Manager® (CPM®), Certified Defense Property Manager, National Apartment Association Advanced Facilitator, and NAAEI Faculty member.
