Shira Ali, CPM, ARM, ACC, ELI-MP, brings a wealth of knowledge to the industry as a seasoned real estate management professional based in the Washington, DC area. With over two decades of experience, Shira has successfully led teams across diverse types of real estate assets, spanning multi-family, retail, Class A office, GSA, and industrial properties.
Shira brings a comprehensive background in real estate alongside her expertise as a professional coach specializing in leadership development to her work. Her passion lies in supporting individuals, particularly real estate management professionals who are ready to elevate their careers.
Shira holds a Virginia real estate salesperson license and several advanced real estate certifications, notably the Certified Property Manager®; (CPM), Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM), and Registered Apartment Manager (RAM) credentials. Additionally, she is recognized as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and is an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
