In this course, Dr. Debbie Phillips, CPM®, explores the habits and attitudes that help individuals navigate challenges, learn from setbacks, and pursue personal and professional excellence.
You'll examine how consistent keystone habits can support success, how mindfulness can strengthen presence and self-awareness, and how personal responsibility contributes to meaningful growth. The course also addresses barriers and other mental distractions that can interfere with focus and progress.
Through practical training techniques and reflective strategies, you'll learn how to strengthen each aspect of a champion's mentality and apply these principles to your everyday work and leadership.

Dr. Debbie Phillips, CPM®, is a real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience across diverse property types. Her work is grounded in the belief that people bring organizational goals and ideas to life. She is passionate about developing top-tier talent and helping organizations increase employee engagement.
As an entrepreneur, Debbie has developed leadership programs and talent management strategies. She was named IREM® Certified Property Manager of the Year in 2015, received the National Apartment Association Education Institute Outstanding Educator Award in 2013, and was recognized by IREM as one of 75 professional women changing the face of real estate in 2013. She has also received the Outstanding Educator Award from the IREM Georgia Chapter.
Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Journalism and a master’s degree in Seniors Housing from the University of Georgia. She earned a Ph.D. in Leadership, with a focus on employee engagement, from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
