Join Todd Feist, IREM’s Director of Sustainability Programs, as he walks through IREM CSP v.2025. IREM launched CSP v.2025 to update its requirements and meet new expectations for market practices in sustainability, including alignment with updated certification criteria for the GRESB Real Estate Assessment. Todd will cover key updates to IREM’s certification requirements and application materials. He’ll discuss what you need to do to earn the certification for your existing office, medical office, industrial, retail, multifamily, senior housing, and self-storage properties.
