In this entry-level course, real estate expert and IREM instructor Sal Dragone, CPM®, CCIM will show participants how to:
- Calculate the components of the cash flow statement
- Recognize the importance of reporting to the owner
- Describe the information used in various financial reports
Salvatore Dragone, CPM®, CCIM, is Sr. Vice President and Director of Property Management for Rubenstein Partners, L.P. Salvatore oversees and manages property management efforts for all assets owned by Rubenstein Properties Fund and its affiliates. In addition, he is an Adjunct Instructor at Drexel University.
