Shira brings a comprehensive background in real estate alongside her expertise as a professional coach specializing in leadership development. Her passion lies in supporting individuals, particularly real estate management professionals, ready to elevate their careers.
Shira holds a Virginia real estate salesperson license and several advanced real estate certifications, notably the Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®), and Registered Apartment Manager (RAM) credentials.
